Tony De Lara, Chef de Cuisine
Juan Antonio “Tony” De Lara comes to Concordia to serve in senior living dining with 37 years of experience in the competitive culinary field. He joined the Concordia team as Chef de Cuisine in March of 2015. Tony is a native of Agua Caliente’, Mexico and moved to Oklahoma in 1977. Tony brings with him 19 years of Country Club leadership experience and has been a part of numerous culinary events in Oklahoma over the years. He has been married for 36 years and has 3 boys and 3 grandchildren. Tony is soft spoken and humble. When asked how he feels about coming to Concordia he simply replies, “I’m just happy to be here!” Tony enjoys farming and fishing at his ranch when he is with his family.
