Concordia Directors

Danny EischenDanny Eischen – Executive Director

Danny Eischen holds a Master’s of Gerontology from the University of Central Oklahoma and a B.A. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He is licensed as a healthcare administrator in Oklahoma. He has worked in Senior Living for the past 15 years and got his start in this field through a volunteer opportunity. Danny resides in Kingfisher with his wife Lisa and their four children.



Jerod Buttram – Associate Director

Jerod Buttram was hired by Concordia as the Business Services Director on February 26, 2007 before moving into his current role in 2015. Jerod and his family moved from Raton, New Mexico, to Oklahoma City in July 2006. He has a strong financial background with several years of experience as an office manager, accountant and CFO in the healthcare-related area. Jerod, his wife Danielle, and his two teenage daughters, Shaundra and Jalie, were looking for a larger community with many more opportunities than the small rural community of Raton – Oklahoma City has provided everything they hoped for.



David Pickens – Business Service Director

David Pickens is a lifelong Oklahoman.  He has a BA in Psychology and an MBA, both from the University of Oklahoma.  He spent many years working as a Finance and Administrative Manager in the construction industry.  David joined the Concordia team as Business Services Director in 2014.



Julie Davis – Marketing Director
Julie Davis

Julie serves Concordia as Marketing Director. Originally from Dallas, TX, she has always enjoyed working with people and helping meet their needs. At Concordia, she is fulfilling her dream to work closely with mature adults.




Paige Mills-Haag – Director of Fund Development
Paige Mills-Haag

Paige Mills-Haag comes to Concordia with 15 years of experience in the corporate world and nearly eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector to include philanthropy, marketing, project management, program management, event planning, and operations. She joined the Concordia team as Director of Fund Development on February 4, 2013.

Paige is a native of Oklahoma and grew up in Broken Arrow where she graduated from Broken Arrow High School. She attended Oklahoma State University for three years, and received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in 2000. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, OSU football, meeting new people, and serving God and her community. Paige and her husband, Kim, live in northwest Oklahoma City.


Kim Kassen – CDM/CFPP

Kim Kassen holds a dual certification in Dietary Management/Food Protection Personnel and is an ongoing member of the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals. Kim has a long history and strong background in foodservice with several years at Deaconess Hospital where she held a supervisory position. Kim has 18 years of experience in Clinical Dietary Management. She loves cooking, spending time on her outdoor deck with her husband Danny amidst all of their plants. Kim also enjoys traveling; especially to Nashville to visit her son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, Emily & Emmett. She also enjoys brunch and shopping with her daughter, Hayley. Kim joined Concordia in 2007 as a contract CDM and procured the full-time role several years later. Kim believes a “Hershey Chocolate Kiss” will solve almost anything!


Teresa Black – Dining Services Director

In June 2010, Teresa joined the Concordia team, starting as a dining server. Shortly after serving, she was promoted to the Prep Cook position. She held that position for 6 months, before being promoted to Dining Manager. In 2016, Teresa became Concordia’s Dining Services Director. You can find Teresa laughing and joking with Concordia residents all the time! Teresa, and husband, Anthony, are proud Oklahoman’s, who love dancing, skating, and just having a good time. Teresa has two daughters and four grandchildren, who keep her feeling young enough to do whatever they do. She also enjoys taking family cruises!

Guyna Reynolds – Health Services Administrator
Guyna ReynoldsGuyna Reynolds joined the Concordia team in October 2016 as Health Services Administrator. She graduated from the LPN Program in 1989, and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration in 2003. Guyna has dedicated her entire career to serving in long term care in various capacities, to include Certified Nurse Aide, Certified Medication Aide, Charge Nurse, Medicare Coordinator, Staff Development, and Assistant Director of Nursing before becoming Administrator in 2003. In her spare time, Guyna enjoys sewing, reading, and playing with her animals. Guyna is proud to be a lifelong Oklahoman! Her family includes one son, two grandchildren, two stepchildren, and two step-grandchildren.

Rhonda Nowlin – Senior Living Advisor

Rhonda is a 4th generation Bethany, Oklahoma resident.  She and her husband Chris have 7 children and two boxers.  Rhonda attended Olivet Nazarene University for her undergraduate work and received her Master of Arts in Communications from Southern Nazarene University.




Leah Marple – Health Services Marketing Director

Leah Marple is a native of Marlow, Oklahoma. Leah and her husband, Jody, reside in Yukon where they enjoy being parents to their two young sons, Bostik and Titus. She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Studies with an emphasis on exercise and fitness management. Her accomplishments as a member on the UCO Cross Country and Track Teams brought her statewide honors and awards. Leah joined the Concordia team in July 2009 where she served as Concordia’s Lifestyles and Transportation Director for 5 years. Since February 2015, Leah has served as Concordia’s Health Services Marketing Director and enjoys the opportunity to work closely with residents and families. Leah loves spending time with family and friends, running, fishing, taking care of Rufus, her bulldog, and all the joys of being a mom.

Megan Carter – Independent Living Lifestyles and Transportation Coordinator

Megan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Health Education and Promotion. She worked as a Rehabilitation Training Specialist during college. Megan has worked for Concordia Life Care Community for 4 years. She started as an Intern, and was then hired as Concordia’s Memory Support Activities Coordinator where she served for 3-1/2 years. Megan was honored as the Leading Age Oklahoma ‘Outstanding Employee for Resident Services of the Year’ in 2014. Since early 2015, Megan has served as Concordia’s Independent Living Lifestyles and Transportation Coordinator. She coordinates all aspects of Concordia’s Wellness on Wheels Program and works closely with leadership and nurses to secure volunteers and resources for the program.

Megan enjoys volunteering and has participated in numerous volunteer events and held leadership roles with several organizations to include Up Til Dawn, The Big Event, Relay For Life, Special Olympics, Alzheimer’s Association, Into the Streets, Aggies Spirit Club-President, and Distinguished Young Women Program. Megan was married to her husband Michael Carter in November 2014. Interests include spending time with her husband, family and friends, traveling, and playing sports.


Delba Murphy – Health Care Lifestyles Coordinator
Delba Murphy
Delba Murphy is the mother of two beautiful daughters. She is an Oklahoma State Certified Activity and Social Service Director, and a nationally Certified Travel Agent. Delba loves to travel! She is working towards her degree as an Occupational Therapist and maintains a 4.0 GPA. Since 2008, Delba has served as Concordia’s Health Care Lifestyles Coordinator. Previously she was the Life Enrichment Coordinator for Memory Support residents.

Delba has more than 25 years of experience and an Activity Director, working 16 years with one company in diverse arenas.  Her vast experience ranges from Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Memory Support and Assisted Living. She established new programs for 4 other communities within that company as the Activity/Restorative Director. Delba enjoys working with the elderly, in a community where everyone feels like family. Her philosophy is “Life is short so live each day to the fullest. Make a difference and leave your mark.” She enjoys playing an active role in the lives of others, treating them with dignity and respect. Delba says, “We are never too old to play, we get old because we stop playing. Find time in your busy day to laugh and play!”
