“What I love most about movement education is that I am able to connect with people and help them achieve their goals. When a client comes to see me, they can expect to receive the highest quality of care through evidence-based exercises for better balance.” – Chris Coleman, Concordia Wellness Coordinator
Concordia is proud to offer Rock Steady Boxing – an exercise program designed to improve the mobility, balance and strength of those fighting Parkinson’s.
