Concordia Life Plan Community Promotes Rhonda Nowlin to Health Services Administrator

Concordia Life Plan Community is pleased to announce Rhonda Nowlin’s new role as Health Services Administrator at Concordia Life Plan Community. Nowlin has served on Concordia’s team for more than five years as a certified senior advisor. In her new role, she will serve as the administrator for all health services and will continue to work in sales and marketing for Assisted Living and Memory Care.

“Rhonda has been an integral part of the Concordia team for years, and we’re thrilled to watch her take on a new role as health services administrator,” said Danny Eischen, chief executive officer at Concordia. “Rhonda will continue to improve the lives of Concordia residents, tell our Concordia story to the wider community and ensure that we remain a leader in providing exceptional, personalized services to our valued residents.”

Nowlin joined the Concordia team as a senior living advisor in May 2015. She is passionate about helping families, caregivers and seniors find the right living solution for their nuanced needs.

Nowlin earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Psychology and a master’s degree in Communications from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Okla. Since then, she has worked with older adults to help them thrive in their retirement. Nowlin has an Oklahoma insurance license in Life and Health, with a specialty in long-term care insurance. She is a certified senior advisor and certified in long-term care.
