When an individual needs skilled nursing care, either on a short- or long-term basis, they’re given proper attention in our on-site health care center. In comfortably appointed private and semi-private rooms, each individual receives a tailored program of nursing care from highly trained and genuinely caring professionals delivering a wide variety of services.
At Concordia, we provide nursing care for older adults, through long-term care, respite care or rehabilitation services. Our goal is to maximize the physical, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual potential of all residents, and provide peace of mind for those who love them. Residents receive the specialized geriatric care they need in a supportive and dignified setting, leaving them free to focus on making the most of each and every day. Here, quality of care leads to quality of life, where our skilled staff and innovative wellness programming come together to create a comfortable, stimulating environment.
Meet Our Rehabilitation Therapist:
I am the RehabCare Program Director and Occupational Therapist at Concordia Life Care Community. I attended the Norman Campus of the University of Oklahoma from 1996-1999 and entered the Health Sciences Center in 1999. I graduated from the OUHSC in 2002 with the degree of Master of Occupational Therapy. I have been with RehabCare since 2004 and started working at Concordia in 2007 when the community opened. My favorite vacation spot is the Rocky Mountains where I enjoy doing anything outside and taking in God’s great Creation.
